Terms of Service
Effective date: October 29, 2026
Last updated: October 29, 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and The AI Dynasty, a business operated by Jeff Watkins Jr, a sole proprietor ("The AI Dynasty," "we," "us," or "our").
They apply when you use our website, theaidynasty.com (the "Site"), and when you start a free trial or buy a subscription to our software (the "Service"). "You" and "Client" mean the business that signs up and the person signing up for it. By starting a trial, paying for a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to sign up on behalf of your business.
2. What we provide
The Service is a monthly software subscription. Depending on your plan, it includes:
- An AI receptionist that answers your business's inbound phone calls and web voice chats
- Follow-up text messages from your business number
- Appointment booking that syncs to your calendar
- CRM and automation software, provided under our brand, where your callers are saved as contacts
- Done-for-you setup: we build your AI receptionist, connect it to your phone and calendar, test it, and make reasonable updates when your hours or services change
We may improve, change, or replace parts of the Service, including the tools and providers we use behind it, as long as we do not materially reduce what your plan includes.
3. Plans and prices
| Plan | Price | Free trial |
|---|---|---|
| Concierge | $349 per month | 7 days |
| Concierge Pro | $497 per month | 14 days |
Add-on: website chat widget. A one-time setup fee of $1,000 to put a chat box on your website. On Concierge Pro, we waive this fee if you start your paid plan right away instead of taking the free trial.
Setup of your AI receptionist is included in your monthly price. Prices do not include any taxes that may apply, which you are responsible for. Calling minutes and text messages are included for normal use. If your use is unusually heavy, we will tell you before any extra charge applies.
We may change our prices. If we do, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your next billing date. If you do not want to pay the new price, you may cancel before then.
4. Free trial and the $1 card hold
- When your free trial starts, we ask for a payment card and place a $1 hold on it to make sure the card works. The hold is not a charge. It drops off on its own, usually within a few days, depending on your bank.
- You will not be charged the monthly price until your free trial ends. We will send you a reminder before the trial ends.
- If you cancel before your trial ends, you pay nothing.
- If you do not cancel, your subscription starts automatically when the trial ends, and your card is charged the monthly price for your plan on that day and on the same day each month after that.
- Free trials are for new clients only, one per business.
5. Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly, in advance, to the card on file, through our payment processor.
- By giving us your card, you allow us to charge it each month for your plan, and for any add-on you agree to, until you cancel.
- The one-time chat widget fee is billed when you order it.
- If a payment fails, we will let you know and try again. If payment is still not made within 7 days, we may pause the Service until it is paid, or end your subscription.
- If you think a charge is wrong, email us within 60 days of the charge so we can look into it. We ask that you contact us before disputing a charge with your bank, so we can fix any mistake quickly.
6. Cancelling
- You can cancel anytime by emailing [email protected]. Please email from the address on your account or include your business name.
- Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period (or right away, if you are still in your free trial). Once you cancel, you will not be billed again.
- You can keep using the Service until the end of the period you already paid for.
7. Refunds
Payments already made are not refunded. This includes monthly fees for any partial month and the one-time chat widget fee once work on it has started. The free trial exists so you can judge the Service with your own customers before you pay anything.
If we charged you by mistake (for example, a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled), we will refund that charge.
8. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Give us accurate business information, such as your services, hours, prices, and policies, and tell us when it changes. The AI answers based on what you give it.
- Keep your login details private and tell us right away if you think someone used your account without permission.
- Review the appointments, messages, and summaries the Service creates, and follow up with your customers as needed.
- Have your own privacy policy for your customers that explains how you use their information, including your use of an AI receptionist, call recording, and texting.
9. Consent, calls, and texting laws
You are responsible for using the Service in a way that follows all laws that apply to you, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, state telemarketing and texting laws, call recording laws, and privacy laws. In particular:
- Consent to contact. You must have the consent the law requires before the Service calls or texts any person for you. This includes your customers, leads, and any contact list you give us. You must keep records of that consent and give them to us if we ask.
- Opt-outs and help. Texts must let people reply STOP to opt out at any time and reply HELP for help. You must honor STOP and other opt-out requests right away. The Service is set up to process STOP replies automatically. Do not remove or work around that.
- Call recording and AI disclosure. Some states require that everyone on a call agree to recording. You agree that your AI receptionist will tell callers, at the start of each call, that the call may be recorded and that they are speaking with an AI assistant. Do not ask us to remove that notice.
- Texting registration. Business texting in the United States requires carrier registration (called A2P 10DLC). You agree to give us accurate information for that registration and to send only the kinds of messages that were registered.
10. Acceptable use
The Service is built to answer people who contact your business and to follow up with people who agreed to hear from you. You may not use the Service to:
- Telemarket or cold call, or to send robocalls, cold texts, or bulk messages to people who did not agree to hear from you
- Call or text numbers bought from a list, scraped from the internet, or obtained without consent
- Send spam, phishing, or misleading messages, or pretend to be someone else
- Send content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or about illegal drugs, gambling, or firearms where the law or carrier rules restrict it
- Give medical, legal, or financial advice through the AI, or make medical or health claims you cannot back up
- Collect payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or similar sensitive information through the AI
- Collect, store, or share protected health information. The Service is not set up for HIPAA, so please do not share health information through it
- Break the law, or break the rules of the phone carriers or of our providers
- Copy, resell, reverse engineer, or try to get unauthorized access to the Service or other clients' data
- Overload or disrupt the Service
Any outbound AI calling campaign must be agreed to by us in writing before it starts, and you must have the consent the law requires for every person called.
If we believe you are breaking this section, we may pause or end your Service right away, with or without notice.
11. Your data
- You own your data. Your business information, your customer contacts, and the call recordings, transcripts, summaries, and messages created for your business ("Client Data") belong to you.
- How we use it. You allow us and our providers to store and process Client Data only to provide, support, secure, and improve the Service for you, and as the law requires. We act as your service provider for Client Data and follow your instructions. We do not sell Client Data.
- Your responsibility. You are responsible for having the right to give us Client Data and for the accuracy of it.
- After you leave. If you ask within 30 days after your subscription ends, we will give you an export of your contacts and appointment records. After that, we may delete Client Data, except what we must keep by law. Your phone number: if you brought your own business number, it stays yours. If we gave you a number, we will transfer it to you if you ask, where the phone carrier allows it.
Our Privacy Policy explains more about how we handle personal information.
12. AI output and no guarantee of results
- AI can be wrong. The AI receptionist may mishear a caller, misunderstand a question, give an incomplete answer, book the wrong time, or write a summary that is not fully accurate. You are responsible for checking important details with your customers.
- We promise your calls get answered. We do not promise results. We do not guarantee any number of sales, bookings, leads, or amount of revenue. What happens after the call depends on your business, your market, and your customers.
- The Service does not give legal, medical, tax, or financial advice.
13. Third-party services
The Service relies on outside providers, including our payment processor, CRM and automation platform, AI voice provider, AI and large language model providers, calendar tools, and email, text, and phone carriers. Your use of features that depend on them may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for outages, changes, message filtering, or errors caused by these providers or by phone carriers, but we will work with them in good faith to fix problems that affect you.
14. Service availability; provided "as is"
We work hard to keep the Service running 24/7, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. It may be down for maintenance, provider outages, carrier problems, or events outside our control.
The Service and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, missed calls or appointments, or lost data, even if we were told they might happen.
- Our total liability for all claims related to the Service or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event that caused the claim.
Some states do not allow some of these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
16. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The AI Dynasty and its owner from any claims, fines, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorney's fees) that come from:
- your use of the Service,
- calls or texts sent for your business, including any claim that you lacked consent under the TCPA or a similar law,
- Client Data or business information you gave us, or
- your breaking these Terms or the law.
17. Our property
We and our providers own the Service, the Site, and our brand, software, scripts, templates, and know-how, including improvements we make. You get a limited right to use the Service for your own business while your subscription is active. You may not remove our notices or use our name or logo without permission. If you give us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely.
We will only name your business as a client, or use your words as a testimonial, with your permission.
18. Ending the Service
- You may end the Service at any time by cancelling (see section 6).
- We may pause or end your Service if you do not pay, if you break these Terms (especially sections 9 and 10), if a carrier or provider requires it, or if we need to in order to follow the law. Where reasonable, we will give you notice first and a chance to fix the problem.
- We may also stop offering the Service with at least 30 days' notice. If we do, we will refund any fees you paid for time after the Service ends.
- Sections that by their nature should continue (such as payment owed, Client Data, AI output, as is, limitation of liability, indemnity, and disputes) stay in effect after the Service ends.
19. Disputes and governing law
- Talk to us first. If you have a problem, email [email protected]. We will try in good faith to work it out within 30 days.
- Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
- Where. Any lawsuit about these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and both of us agree to those courts. Either of us may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If we make a big change, we will email active clients at least 15 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the new Terms.
21. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any written order or quote you accept are the whole agreement between us about the Service. If a written order signed by both of us conflicts with these Terms, the order controls for that item.
- Independent parties. We are independent businesses. Nothing in these Terms makes us partners, employees, or agents of each other.
- Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms without our written permission. We may transfer them to a company we form or that takes over our business, such as an LLC owned by the same owner, and we will let you know.
- Events outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, power or internet outages, carrier or provider failures, or government action. This does not excuse payments owed.
- Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited as needed, and the rest stays in effect.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a right once, we can still enforce it later.
- Notices. We will send notices to the email on your account. Send notices to us at [email protected].
